In 1990, tax consultant Friedrich Geise founded ABG Allgemeine Beratungs- und Treuhandgesellschaft mbH, (ABG General Consulting and Trust Corporation), a tax consultancy firm with its headquarters in Munich.

1991

A year later the Dresden branch was founded along with the ABG Revisions- und Treuhandgesellschaft mbH, an audit firm, with Gunther Deutsch as its managing auditor. In 1997, following the steady growth of both companies, we moved to larger premises in Munich.

1999

|
1999 saw the establishment of the third company, ABG Unternehmensberatungs-GmbH, with the Savings Bank director Dieter Klopfer, now retired, as CEO. ABG Consulting-Partner GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2005 to support our clients in the Saxony region.

2002

In 2002 ABG expanded its range of services by setting up ABG Financial Planning GmbH, covering asset planning and real estate management.

2008

In 2008 managing director Inge Petersen brought her single office into the ABG tax consultancy fold, and joined the management team.
|
Since 2008 ABG has also cooperated with its Bulgarian partner ACTIV to form ACTIV ABG OOD, a German-Bulgarian consulting company based in Varna (Bulgaria). This is a medium-sized consultancy network of professionals involved in tax, audit, consultancy and family office.
