In cooperation with DATEV we offer a completely new concept of financial accounting; digital receipt books as part of online bookkeeping. Receipts need no longer be sent out in the post, instead you have 24-hour access to your data.

Bookkeeping for the future, based on digital receipts. Firstly you send your paper receipts by fax or scanned attachments to the DATEV computer centre. In the computer centre the receipts are automatically digitised and stored online in the receipts management system. The receipts are posted online in the financial accounting department with a link to the receipts management system. The stored receipts can be displayed on the screen. When the receipts are posted, a link is created automatically between the receipt and the accounting record. By this posting and link between the receipt and the accounting record, it is easy subsequently to display the receipt against the accounting record on the screen.

In this way the tax adviser and the client have accessed to the stored data and the digital receipts at any time.
